November is Beginners Month!

 

These lessons are especially oriented towards beginners, they facilitate the transition to regular training. We practice soft rolling, simple techniques with and without weapons.

You will receive an introduction into the basic principles of aikido. During the entire month you are welcome to also participate in the regular trainings.

 

Beginners course from November 2 - 30

Schedule:
               Tuesday           18:30 - 19:30
               Thursday         19:00 - 20:00

Cost: 200.- for 9 classes
