Seminar with Marko Marffy

 

On June 15 and 16, Marko Marffy, 6th Dan Shisui Ryu Karate Do, 4th Dan Shotokan Karate Do, 4th Dan Matayoshi Kobudo Kodokan and 2nd Dan Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaido will be visiting the Kokoro Dojo!


In this seminar, Marko will teach simple exercises to effectively develop strength and increase your own flexibility so that you can respond to attacks appropriately .


Marko Marffy is a Swiss Olympic professional trainer and teacher for Karate Do, Kickboxing, Matayoshi Kobudo, Athletics Training, Barbell Training and Functional Training as well as founder and director of the Maru Dojo in Bern.

He is a three-time European champion and 13-time world champion. Until the end of 2019, he was the national coach of the Swiss Karatedo Confederation SKC.
